NOTE:

  1. The Composite Fee does not include Transport Charges, Mid-day Meals, School Activities and Excursion Fee, etc. These shall be paid additionally by students opting for these facilities, wherever applicable.
  2. The due date for payment of the fee is the 15th of every month. Thereafter, a late fee of Rs. 20/- per day shall be applicable.
  3. Transport Charges are applicable for 10.5 months only. Withdrawal of the transport facility will be considered only up to the month of September. A student availing the transport facility up to September shall be liable to pay transport charges for 10.5 months of the academic session, except in the case of a mid-session Transfer Certificate.
  4. No request for waiver of the late fee will be entertained.
  5. Rs. 250/- will be charged if the cheque is dishonoured, along with the applicable late fee charges.
  6. Fee payment in cash will not be accepted at the School or Bank.
  7. Payment of fees should preferably be made through online mode only. The payment link is available on the School website: www.smsgurugram.edu.in
DAY CARE POLICY FOR THE SESSION 2026-27

  1. Day Care Centre will function under Day Care Incharge and Administrative Supervisor.
  2. The facility is available to students up to 10 years of age belonging to Salwan Public School and Salwan Montessori School. However, the wards of staff members up to 10 years of age who are not studying in any of these schools can also avail this facility.
  3. The Day Care charges for the session 2026-27 (from July 2026) shall be as under:
