International Yoga Day Celebrations

Salwan Montessori School recently hosted a rejuvenating Family Fitness Yoga Session on campus, led by Mr. Ankit and Ms. Deepika, trained and experienced yoga instructors. The session was part of the school’s continued efforts to encourage holistic well-being and a healthy lifestyle among families.
In a serene and welcoming environment, families participated in simple yet effective yoga postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. The instructors guided everyone with clarity and warmth, making the session enjoyable and accessible for all age groups.
