Paper Bag Day

Every year on July 12, World Paper Bag Day is celebrated globally to promote the use of paper bags and encourage eco-friendly choices. At Salwan Montessori School, we marked this important day with a meaningful and creative activity that brought environmental awareness to life for our young learners.

Our little ones took part in a hands-on session where they created their very own paper bags. This simple yet engaging activity not only sparked their imagination but also helped develop their fine motor and creative skills. The excitement and joy were evident as the children proudly displayed their handmade bags.

Through this experience, our children learned the importance of making mindful choices for a cleaner, greener planet. It was a small step with a big impact—inspiring young minds to say ‘No’ to plastic and ‘Yes’ to sustainability.
